Flower Hill Automotive

When I moved to this area 7 years ago, I was hoping to find a mechanic I could trust. I still remember my first experience at Flower Hill Auto. I don't remember what was wrong with my car, but I do remember Manley taking me into the shop to look at my car and show me exactly what he was talking about. Since then, I have always found them to be honest and trustworthy. Sometimes a noise has made me think I needed work done - like getting new shocks or brakes - but they have let me know they're in good condition. All that to say that these guys aren't trying to rip you off but rather are working in your best interest. Their prices are about the same as other places (and I'm a little bummed the oil change special is now gone), but I know they'll only charge me for what needs to be done.

Matt and his team are Honest, Friendly, Respectful. They never talk down to me or at me. Manley or Nick or Matt actively listen to me and ask questions to better understand what is going on before looking under the hood. They keep great records of work completed so they can refer back to previous work . This has saved $$$ not repeating the same fix. I recommend the Flower Hill Automotive team any day of the week!

I used to live right across from Flower Hill Automotive, but I’ve moved to VA and I still drive all the way to MD for them to work on my car. They are extremely honest; they do good work and I know I can trust them. Especially as someone that does not understand cars, I know and can go there, and they will make sure I’m safe and that my car is getting all the proper care it needs. I’ve had bad experiences before, with mechanics saying that my car was about to catch on fire (when it was just fine), so I just drive to MD because I don’t want to deal with dishonest people. If you are a female/male that is not interested on learning about car mechanics I recommend that you go there, as you won’t have to worry about anything, just drop your car off and have a nice day ????
