My company has used this company for years not because of their service or work ethic. The truth is that although they have a quick turn around, their prices are exorbitant and they have been known in my office to return our vehicles with loose tires. (Yes, they have forgotten to tighten lug nuts in the past!). Still, we went with them consistently due to the fact that they have the closest lift that can handle the weight of our trucks. Despite the small short comings which we had noted through the years within this shop, we have never failed to pay them as promised. We have, literally, paid thousands to their shop over the last few years for mediocre service mostly due to convenience. This all came back to bite us, however when the shop parked our "fixed truck" on a public road where it was hit and left unmovable. With a their shop bill at almost $1000.00 I requested the shop owner to let me hold off on making the payment until I could verify with another shop that the truck had bee
