I called stating I was a new customer looking for an auto shop and asking if I could bring my vehicle there later this week for a repair. The receptionist, Emily, literally laughed for a few seconds and then said no. When I didn’t respond (because honestly I was shocked at the unprofessionalism), she said ‘I’m sorry that’s not funny’ while still laughing, then said I could try next week. That first interaction with the shop made it clear to me that this isn’t the shop I was looking for for a good customer relation environment.
Amazing! I was there unfortunately due to an accident, but I felt COMPLETELY taken care of. They answered all my naive questions with thoughtfulness and patience. And they were kind enough to save me a trip and do my oil change. Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Oil change
They have repaired the car like nothing happened it looked amazing. Most importantly, they spoke to me with respect. I highly recommended, I will be going there every time I need a repair.
