Tire World Auto Centers

If I could give it negative stars I would. Our tire on our cargo trailer blew on the side of the road while on our way home from vacation. We called around and Tire World said they had a tire and once we get there it would take 20 minutes and we would be out the door. My husband gets there, my daughter, my dog and our friend end up staying behind. Well 2 hours later my husband gets back with the tire. The main reason why it took that long??? The guy who originally helped him LEFT. The tire was done and nobody told him. Absolutely ridiculous.

Don and Quinn were courteous and professional with my tire issue. The mechanic who worked on my tire was very courteous and respectful, something we don't see today. I recommend this repair center highly. I am very glad this shop is here in Frederick, MD. I hope they stay in business for years to come!

Had a great customer service experience, from the call for appointment and to the end. Team effort from the service tram’s suggestions to future offer of service on a proposal. Clean waiting area with beverages and cookies.
