‼️‼️⚠️⚠️⚠️WARNING ⚠️⚠️⚠️‼️‼️ I had a very horrible experience here that left me terrified!! I ask myself why did I trust CarMax to send me to this place. I guess I was fooled by the 4.7 stars! And you will be too. I also question why I was treated the way I was by Robert Taggart. I can’t pin point if it was my race, my gender (WOMAN), my age or the my lack of knowledge and experience with cars. Maybe it was a combination of all. Now I went there for 2 specific problems that was fixed.. however 5 problems was created! My car doesn’t drive the same at all. Below will be a list of things you can expect from the “family owned business with 4.7 stars” from my EXPERIENCE. 1. If you are of COLOR or a woman you may and probably will be treated less than. Hints the name “superior” 2. Constant LIES! Rob will tell you “ I sat on the phone with your warranty company for over 45 minutes” and it’s not true.
