We have Ram 5500 cab chassis and we went to Professional Auto for bed and 5th wheel installation.Dean and his team did a fabulous job .My truck looks great and we are extremely pleased happy!! .I would absolutely recommend Professional Auto for your truck service.They also did DOT inspection for my truck and trailer ????????.They are called Professional Auto for a reason they are very professional, friendly and honest..If you want the best truck service spot Professional Auto is the place to go. I have several complaints but I will narrow it down to just a few. These guys hit my truck for well over 9 days for a job that should have only taken 5 hours maximum, every day I received a different excuse as to why it wouldn't be complete. Then they would not give me any good communication so I can plan to have a driver come pick it up. I lost well over $6,000 of Revenue and a new driver because I couldn't get any real time until on when my truck will be fixed. I will never use these guys again, not to mention they charged me 20 hours flavor but most of that was just pushing my truck out the way so they could complete other jobs????????
