I accidentally ended up with the coolant issue. These Crooks told me they need to replace the 2 top and bottom Coolant hoses and my cost would be $835. They wasted my 2 hours just to tell me that they are going screw me over. I brought my car to Jiffy Lube in Rockville, Md they replaced the same two part for $200. I would never return there again, people who take advantage of other people hardtime, should be locked up.

I came in Friday afternoon with a busted tire and asked if they could look at it for me to see if it could be fixed. Unfortunately it couldn't be. They replaced the 2 back tires. I was extremely happy with everyone that works there. The lady (sorry I didn't get her name) kept me informed every step of the way, no one tried to upsell me products that I didn't need or couldn't afford and in today's world that's incredible customer service. Just wanted to say the people that work at this location are great and I will definitely be going to that location again.

Never again!!! They're willing to tell you anything to get your money and manipulate you in whatever way you can, particularly if they think you don't know very much about cars. When I went in for an oil change, they yold me that I needed to get my front tires serviced immediately and get new brake pads and rotors put on because they were at 3mm. It was going to be $500. I was very hesitant because my pads were changed somewhat recently ,but went ahead and told him it was okay. Then they called me back 2 minutes later to tell me it was actually going to be $700 and that my car was leaking oil big time. I was suspicious at this point and told them no. I went to a local mech two days later and they said my pads were at 6mm and they did not see a leak. Even if my car had been leaking oil, at least they could do is tell me not to get an oil change because the oil would just leak out. They are willing to tell you ANYTHING to get your money.
