Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

Dylan and the mechanic were exceptionally helpful with assisting us out of a bind this morning. We got a flat tire while visiting MD for an out of state wedding and didn't have the socket for the wheel lock. They were able to get it off and get us a new tire to safely get on our way back home! Being that its a sunday we were so fortunate that they were open and able to help us out. Very friendly and got the job done quickly!

My family has been using this Mr. Tire location for years. Up until fairly recently, we would still shuffle in other local dealership service centers. Every time we leave Mr. Tire and Curtis’s care (and his team!), it’s just never as good. Whether it’s the small things or big things, this location nails it with excellent service. The repair mechanics are friendly and warm without even the slightest bit of creepiness that young women experience in getting cars serviced lots of places. They communicate clearly and transparently about the car status, problems, prices, and recommendations. They asked me questions before making recommendations about the products my car needed. The car is done when they say it will be, and pick up is very easy. What more could someone want? I’ve long since moved pretty far from this location near where I grew up, but if at all possible, I make the trek back here for the service and the confidence that things will be done the right way.
