Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

An emergency repair, no appointment, completed during their lunch break. Very impressed with professionalism displayed in light of the imposition. From start to finish, we were treated with courtesy and respect. Didn't catch names, but this occured at your Frederick, MD location on Mar 11, 2023. We were visiting from PA and just starting a 3-day weekend... these folks "saved the day" and our trip!!

Severely understaffed not enough people to work on all these cars that they got and all these appointments they have every day they need to have at least I’d say three technicians and one in office manager minimum every day maybe not on Sundays but every other day at least at the location I went to is slammed so it would make sense for the company as well I know they’re trying to make money, but what I saw on several different days they could’ve made probably at least an easy couple of grand more if they just would’ve had another tech there steady change in oil changes as you know, most people are using synthetic that’s 100 and some dollars a pop You know and then usually people want their tires and everything done so you’re making you know you’re probably clocking $200 in a course then I had some quick zone get with it or go bankrupt I don’t know I’d like to see Mr. tire come back to what it used to want to be where they could beat everybody’s prices on tires and their service was awe

I came across Mr.Tire years ago and the store manager Peter helped me out a lot when it came to getting tires and services done. I wanted to say that he never let me buy anything without being informed about what I was buying and why I needed it at the time of service. I put 100% trust in him and his shop. If you need work done please come see Peter and Chris. I trust his shop and will always trust what other shop he tells me to go to. He doesn’t rip people off like I’ve seen and heard that other people did that work for this company. In my opinion they need to restructure and make sure they have the correct people managing their stores like Peter and Chris and not stealing from customers or the corporate company.
