Chris is very accommodating, friendly and professional. He’s like a surgeon with a scalpel with the tow truck! If it was up to me, he would tow in every car that we need towed.

Had Grimm’s move a van box for me, dispatcher was friendly and driver was on time. He was safe and knowledgeable in his trade. Will use again ,thanks.

A Grimm's driver, Jason, stalked and waited for my husband and I to walk into a store so he could sneak up and sticker our vehicles. Very predatory behavior. Our 14y/o son was in one of the vehicles waiting for us. This guy told my son he was going to come back and take our car and our home (camper)... and basically tormented him to the point of sobbing. In true cowardice fashion, Jason was long gone when we returned. We called the office and the man my husband spoke to started out being understanding, but very quickly soured when we asked for an apology. He tried to get off the phone multiple times by saying he "had things to do". I'm sure we could've held his attention by threatening legal action, since his driver did approach and speak to a minor child without adults present. I guess they're lucky we can't afford a lawyer, and all we can do is post this review and caution others. ⚠️
