40 West was very professional and rendered services in a timely manner. Their facilities are easy to access and customer service was superb. From towing, diagnosis of problems, quote and repairs the experience was gratifying and as said before very professional. Repairs took but a day to complete and was able to pick up the next day. I would recommend them to anyone that may ask me for a real good mechanic. Amazing. My car broke down and I had it towed to their shop in the middle of the night. Filled out the form and went home. They called me the next morning to let me know what needed to be done and had it fixed by Noon. In addition they couldn’t have been nicer on the phone. Highly recommend.

Nobody likes getting their card towed, but saying that, I had the pleasure of meeting Butch as my tow truck driver. He showed me why my tailpipe was hanging on the ground, and that's because someone tried to cut off the catalytic converter. He lifted the car enough for me to see and take pictures. I wish I never had to meet him, but I'm glad I did. Would definitely give this company five stars, and Butch would get 10 if I could!
