I have dealt with Charlie & Ray's for over 20 years. They are a family-owned and run shop which has helped me keep my family's newer vehicles in great shape and our older "beaters" running safely and reliably. Over those 20 years with multiple vehicles, I can tell you that they are competent and honest. They communicate very clearly and have always done their best to accommodate my needs and wishes. It's hit or miss when you choose an auto repair shop. Charlie & Ray's was recommended to me so many years ago by the owner of a local towing business. He was right, and I'm glad to know that they are always there, ready when needed.
