Image Auto is one of the absolute best shops I've patronized. I drive an older model BMW and on each occasion I receive THE BEST service. Honesty, great work, and customer service goes a long way... and Image Auto over-delivers. Danny has the best knowledge on imports and the team always keeps you up to date on your vehicle status. No where on the eastern seaboard can you locate a Mercedes Engineer as sound, professional, expeditious, and 100% repair facility. image Auto is the only place My brother & I will allow to perform work on our Mercedes, Porches and BMW’s. Great service. Once we had our SL 55 AMG towed 250 miles to Image Auto for repair. Thank you Image Automotive for being trustworthy.
The Benz dealership in Catonsville (Koons) completely destroyed my vehicle. Over 30 visits back and forth just for them to almost ruin my car. I came to Image Auto, he knew the service manager at Koons and assured me that I would see results. For the first time in almost 2 years the convertible top is working. I almost cried tears of joy!!!
