Dropped my car off here for body work and repairs on march 7, didnt get it back till the end of june. About 3.5 month wait, but there IS a parts shortage so its not that big of a deal. Work itself was lackluster. Was suppose to have my vehicle back earlier but they needed a extra week repairing it because they somehow scraped my wheel. They covered it atleast, but it was another extra week of rentals because of that. When i finally got my car back, they said they test drove it and everything was fine. Body work looked good! Unfortunately when i drove it home i had crazy wheel shakes, so whoever test drove it must have just drove it 25 feet. Took it back to them, and confirmed it was corroded rotors due to the car sitting outside at their lot the past 3.5 months. Asked if they said if they can machine the rotors; they said no but they'll order new rotors for me to install in a week. I was involved in a minor accident and took my car to Bel Air Auto-body to be fixed. They got me in quickly as I was concerned about the person hitting my wheel. They kept me updated through the process and did a great job! At no fault to the shop and not accident related at all, I had additional issues when I picked up the car. At first the AC was not working, Rob told me to swing by and got it fixed promptly. I then had some error messages and codes coming up and they were able to take a quick look. I put my car in for servicing last day in September 2021 didnt get my car til December and that was only after i told them i was paying out of pocket for rental car since it was taking so long for work to be completed. They were waiting on a part, i called weekly for a month they said would call me when it was in due to shipping delays, never called and when i reached out over the summer cant find the part but my insurance paid them. Drove to the location tried calling the phone # ending in 1111 on door and the person says not affiliated with company. I guess they changed phone numbers from the card they gave me and the door.
