So first of all, I do not live in Maryland, so I had a unique situation for Auto Concepts to handle. Auto Concepts did a Pre-Purchase Inspection for me on a 1966 Mustang, got back to be in a timely manor, all at a reasonable price and was willing to bounce between me and the owner of the car. Rich who handled my calls explained to me what was happening in terms of timeline to going to see car. Not once did I feel out of the loop. I don’t know where to start. I have never met such a kind group of guys. Rich communicated with more than I ever imagined. I knew everything ahead of time and he left detailed voicemails when I wasn’t able to answer. I opted for mobile repair and Bryan came out and I knew he knew what he was doing. 18 years in the business and that was super clear. He offered his expertise and let me know what needed to be done. Rich followed up and made sure I was good and to verify whether or not I had questions. 2023 has LIFED for me but finding Auto Concepts really was the silver lining. I know they’ll tell me what’s real and what is not. I didn’t feel bamboozled, or taken advantage of which is everyone’s worse fear. Excellent service! Had an issue with my van that 1 auto place couldn't figure out, the dealership need to wait a week for someone to check it out but Auto Concepts LLC came out to our home and was able to figure out the problem within minutes. They were able to get started on a Monday and I got my car back by Wednesday. Rich was very helpful in keeping me updated and in the loop. Plus they were able to save me money since the car ended up not needing a certain piece that we originally had planned for.
