My father has an 2012 MB ML450 with 89k. The check engine light came so he took it to the MB dealership in Hunt Valley. Where they said the check engine was due to oil leak inside the engine which would cost 8k to fix. My friend heard of these guys at XDealertechs were good. So, my pops decided to give them a try. They found the problem to be a bad O2 sensor and filter and no a oil leak anywhere. The best part the repair was only 400 dollars. Unfortunately, a very poor experience with them. I had taken my Lexus GS for a routine oil change as I had done several times before, only for me to get a call that they recommend my front brakes gets replaced. This was something I didn't plan for, but I've always had a good experience with them so I had no problem trusting their recommendation. This is where the issues started. They held my car for 2 additional days trying to get the brakes done. First it was they installed the wrong brakes, then it was some issue with the dealer getting them the brakes (at this point I was frustrated but still understanding because they were courteous and professional). Once the brakes were "successfully" installed, I went to pick them up only to realize that they brakes started making this LOUD squealing when I braked. I have been bringing our cars for service and repairs with them since 2016. Both cars they service are Lexus RX 450h and Volvo V70 with no complaints. Highly recommend them for honest and fair pricing.
