We’ve gone to Chris and his team for years. We’ve had several cars they’ve worked on and each time we go I get a fair assessment of what needs to be done one the car, listing of urgent vs non-urgent as well as a fair value pricing for the work. There is no one else I would trust my cars to. Chris and his team were exceptional. We needed to have the entire engine replaced in our car and he worked through the process with me from beginning to end. Sparks sourced the new engine, installed and tested it, then followed-up several months later with an inspection to ensure it was still performing as planned. The work was professionally done, Chris was very communicative throughout the entire process and we're very happy with the results. Sparks will be our go-to shop for everything from now on!! I filled out their online quote request form for tires, wheel alignment, and an oil change. I was supposed to receive a response within 24-48 hours. That was over a week ago, and no one has contacted me.
