Not a great experience. Communication and record keeping from previous visit was apparently inaccurate. "Multi-point Inspection" is a joke and not an inspection at all. It is really just a print out of scheduled maintenance. Clearly technicians did not actually look at anything. Items were flagged as needing immediate attention when they didn't and other items marked as need attention that are not even equipped on the model vehicle
Excellent care and service. Somewhat slow, but very thorough.
Excellent customer service. In and out within one hour. Had a general check-up and oil change. I'm a forever Apple Ford fan, they have never let me down.
