When it comes to my car, there are so many things I don’t know about & i appreciated how they thoroughly explained everything to me and didn’t try to pressure me into doing a million other things to my car like most places. Twice I’ve had an urgent problem I needed checked out, and they helped me right away even though I didn’t have an appointment. My first time at Columbia Auto Care: I came to this place because of a recommendation and the reviews. When I arrived, I was greeted nicely and told that they would be right with me. I already felt at ease because of the way I was greeted. I only had to wait for 5 minutes, before it was my turn. I told them what was going on with my car. I left my car and went back to work. A few hours went by, and I received a message that included pictures of both what they found that needed fixing, and what didn't need fixing. I chose what I wanted fixed at the time, and then I received a message saying they were beginning to work on my car. When my car was done and ready for pick up, I received a text letting me know. The process was smooth. I so appreciate Columbia Auto Care's professionalism, organization, friendliness, thoroughness, honesty and for making me feel like I can trust them with my car. I highly recommend this place of business if you want your car to be taking care of right.
