Really appreciated being kept apprised of the status of repairs via daily text messages (you can also be notified via email), which eliminated the need to call the shop to see what is happening. I took my vehicle here about 3 years ago after hitting a deer. The front fascia needed to be repaired. All was well until now, today I was removing the front bumper to install new headlights when I noticed the area that was being repaired had pieces of cardboard in various places and random non-factory washers under various screws. There were missing bolts and push pins in many places especially underneath the car (splash shield and fender liner), some bolts used weren't factory compared to other areas. Half of the bolts on the driver side fender (on the chassis itself) weren't even tightened. On the surface the work looked great, but once you see what goes on underneath it looks like a half-baked job. Which leads me to my next issue, as I am installing new headlights, the driver side mounting points don't even line up with the current headlights that are in it. It looks like it was forced, and it seems they used a random bolt to get it to screw. This means my new ones won't mount prop
