BA Auto Care

This was our first experience with BA Auto Care. It was a good one. We brought an older hybrid in after it lost power. Joe was our service contact. He was thoughtful about what occurred, what we did prior to reaching out, and was able to give a ballpark estimate for the issue providing that no other factors contributed to it upon inspection. The staff were helpful and flexible when we needed to reschedule. They are responsive and prompt. We ended up replacing an additional item that had corroded and the price was slightly higher, but we were aware of this possibility because Joe took the time to call before completing the work to let us know what the diagnostic test and inspection found. This was a positive experience and we will happily return to BA Auto Care for any other issues. UPDATE: while the battery that was installed failed completely six weeks later, BA has strong policies with their product and service guarantee. I just brought my son's car in for a complete check-up before he gets his license and starts driving. I've done this for all my kids and feel completely confident after the folks at BA do their assessment. I know my kids are in a safe car and that it's running well. There are times when you come across an amazing auto shop that is not out just to make money. BA Auto Care is that place. I took Gracey Gray (yes, that's my cars name ????) for regular routine maintenance and asked them to check a couple of item's because the dealership keeps telling me to replace them. I asked BA Auto to check for me & they found absolutely nothing wrong. This is my go-to shop forever! And did I mention that everyone I have encountered on staff is AMAZING, too!
