I had such a great experience at Jay's. I had put off bringing in my car for regular service until I was convinced (for no good reason) that it was just going to blow up. Jay's looked everything over and put me at ease. They performed routine maintenance and quickly fixed the minor issues that they encountered. They kept me informed through the whole process and the experience left me feeling much more comfortable about the general condition and safety of my car. Highly recommend. The best auto repair in the greater Baltimore metropolitan area, honest strait forward shop, Mel is a great guy and will always tell like it is, they have worked on all my cars, unfortunately I have moved out of state, but they still work on my daughter's vehicle. The only place that I would trust to do so. Not even the dealer works on her car. Thank you Mel.
