On 12/23/22 AJ towed my truck to his shop and gave me a courtesy ride home. What I thought was going to be a new relationship turned into a complete nightmare. He found the problem with my vehicle, but was not good with giving updates, after complaining I needed to know what he was doing and needed updates, he finally starting sending videos , told me what he needed to do, all the while I’m asking my cousin if what he was doing needed to be done, he gave me a price fir the service, explained that I couldn’t pay the full amount we decided to do a payment plan, Cousin confirmed that amount was correct. Didn’t talk to on a Friday at all, called Sat , stated that he couldn’t do the payment plan, and he also fixed something else on the vehicle, WITHOUT CONSULTING ME OR GETTING MY PERMISSION TO FIX, he gave another price “ because He fixed the other problem “.
