I stopped by with no appointment but was in much need of a tire repair and was quickly greeted at the door by Tony. He assessed my problem easily and immediately guaranteed a timely fix. In reasonable time I received my call of “all done”. This was my first time in but I’m will not be my last. Thanks so much!
Awesome location. I wanted the dealer to switch out my 18s to 20s, but the location nearest to me didn't have the best customer service. I called this NTB and they answered every single question and made me comfortable about having them install my new wheels and tires. Because my vehicle is new, I was weary on them throwing the old (new) tires in my truck (23' Tahoe), but they wrapped each one individually and placed the rims back in the old boxes. I highly recommend!
Great Customer Service and Experience. Had a Check Tire Pressure Issue arise, team made time to fit me into the schedule and address my problem same day. Provided me with a complete check to solve my problem. Highly recommend coming to this NTB location.
