The Dicky Smalls' team members are true experts; they've delivered as agreed and when I got my car back it looked as beautiful and clean as the first day that I drove it off the dealership's lot. I've really appreciated the team's professionalusm, their keen attention to customers'needs and their pro-active communication to keep me up to date about the work progress and completion timeline. Additionally, they helped me effecfively think through the cost of repairs, various pricing and payment options to ensure that I would get all the repairs needed to reinstate my car to its original state - it felt like teamwork. First time I went to leave my car overnight I was impressed with the cleanliness of the Bay Area. The staff is very friendly but professional. I met Bez that first night and he was very welcoming. The repairs to my car was completed on the Monday but they wanted to give it a really good test drive before handing it over. I thought that was great.
