We had to take my wife's Accord to the dealer for a recall on the air bags. While at Bel Air Honda, they "found" a laundry list of things that required "immediate attention" to include PS components, alternator, battery, and fluids. In total, it was going to cost us $4,700 to have it fixed at the dealer. Needless to say I wanted a second opinion. I heard that Vehicle Service Plus was under new management and that the previous owner was no longer affiliated with this shop. I gave them a call and they were able to accommodate us the next week to give the car a look over to see if Honda was over exaggerating. I provided the list that the dealer gave me and while they couldn't argue with most of it, it turns out that the PS Pump and alternator did not have to be replaced as Honda said. Can’t thank Joe and Aaron enough. I am a guy who doesn’t trust many people, specially when it comes to car repairs. I was recommended by someone who said “they are trustworthy, fair on price” and darn they were correct. I took my car (2017 Kia Soul) in first to fix A/C blower.. he gave me a price I went to pick it up the next day and final price lower than what he quoted. (Never happens at a car place) Than I was given a car (2003 Honda element) that needed A LOT of TLC for my son. First I asked Is it worth fixing and I told them to fix it as if their son was driving it. And they did, after needing a state inspection it needed more stuff done. They handled it all. Now after everything the car got fixed.. car runs brand new, inspected and now tagged. For a super GREAT fair price. Trust me, they told me what needed done I called around and price shopped.
