I took my wife's car in to have a MD state inspection. The website was very easy to use to schedule an appointment. The guy at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. I will likely come back to this Pep Boys. Oh and the price for the inspection was very reasonable.
I bought 4 tires, an alignment and oil change. The technician told me it would be 2 about hours. It ended up being almost 4. My biggest issue was the lack of care to my tires and wheels. They did not clean the tire bead or the material they got on all 4 rims. The attached pictures are after 2 weeks and 2 washes.
Went to Pep Boys in Bel Air today after discovering someone had cut off the valve stem on my work van while parked in front of my house. Rueben could not have been more prompt, courteous and professional in his approach and repair of said tire/valve stem! Can't beat the price, and better yet, I was in and out in under 15 minutes!! I'll definitely be a return customer next time Services are needed!
