The manager Scott is always helpful and goes out of his way to help anyone. Visit was fast and they did good work. I would highly recommend them to everyone
Had a wonderful experience today getting my vehicle inspected. David and Paul were fast and helpful. I appreciate you getting me in and out within the estimate time I was quoted. I'll be back for further services
Existing warranty for 4 tires purchased previously included plug/patch repair (as confirmed by their manager Scott). Was told 1/30/23 that due to my use of fix a flat, their method to patch a tire could not be performed. Leak in tire was minor but audible with no physical obstruction in hole. Fix a flat recommends taking tire to approved tire repair location after use. I explained why I had to use fix a flat, employee only kept asking about replacing the tire entirely. Office was clearly trying to avoid warranty responsibility and wanted to push me into getting a new tire. I know how to plug a tire - garbage service, will never use NTB again.
