Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I had a few tires that were way past their service life. The $$ was hitting huge everywhere I checked. NTB, Goodyear, Just Tires. But Ed Magee at Mr. Tire who is the store manager was very helpful and more than accommodating. After talking about his 21 years in the service and my own time, he helped by getting me in the shop almost immediately, going way above and beyond and definitely getting much more than I paid for. But his generous nature towards me wasn’t was grabbed me the most. His younger employees, a very diverse workforce there and they all respected him and he respected them. To see that much respect flowing back and forth between a manager and his employees was truly nice to see. I would recommend this place in the future and I will be switching to this shop in the future!

Went in for appointment, after being told they had my tires. Find out after showing up, they do not have the tires and told me they would be $30 per tire more then I was quoted the day I made the appt. Show up for a second appt after they ordered a different tire, at this appt I arrive on time, they did not start the car till 2 hrs later, no other car was there for appt. They Could not find wheel lock nut to remove lug nuts even with special tool they still “two hours” later could not get them off, come home and my husband gets them off within half an hour. Without any special tools or wheel lock tool, just a normal tool. They do not know what they are doing. I’d give them a zero if I could. Where was the lug nut key that was previously in the bag in the glove box??? One of them dropped it in between the center console and the frame of the passenger seat when they pulled the bag out of the glove box.

Ed and his crew of the best out there. He talked me through any question I had, made sure I left with what I needed, and got my services completed in a timely manner. He made it clear on anything and everything I was being charged for and why. Very thorough, very friendly. Will be going back.
