I would definitely use them again and recommend to a friend. They rebuilt my transmission and my truck runs great and was finished earlier than expected. A few weeks later they replaced my catalytic converter. I walked in one afternoon with no appointment and it was finished the next day. The front desk and service techs are very nice and caring and explain everything they did to repair the vehicle. They truly care about the customer and take pride in their work. Chris & Co were thorough and honest in their assessment of my car’s issues. It was a 14 year old vehicle in need of some major repairs. While I could not get the numbers to work in favor of proceeding to fix my old car, I truly appreciated the honesty and respect with which I was treated. I brought my car here because of all the great reviews and they did not disappoint! They are so friendly, helpful, and honest. They let me know everything that was wrong with my transmission. They also did a courtesy full car inspection to help me decide if replacing the transmission was worth it. Chris even offered different options to help reduce the cost and make it more manageable, including financing a portion of the cost. I haven't proceeded with the work yet so cannot give an opinion on that but I am pretty certain it will be just as excellent as my current experience has been. I absolutely recommend them!
