Wow what an amazing team of people. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I was 2 miles away with a flat and couldn't get my lug nut off my tire. Gus, the store manger drove to me with his tools and put my spare on so I could drive to his store. I called the store ahead of arrival and confirmed they had my tires. Seth was sure to go over all the options and discounts available. I'm very thankful to the staff for the kindness they showed me.

Unfortunate Christmas Eve interaction. Our 16 year old son had a flat tire right around the corner from the Forest Hill Firestone yesterday on Christmas Eve. We were an hour away but it was 10 degrees out and the goof didn't have his jacket so we drove down to help him. We got there to find his tire completely flat and his spare was nearly flat. We drove around the corner on the spare to Firestone. When I went in to Firestone I asked about having his tire repaired but was told they were short staffed and could not work on the tire. I asked if they could air up the tire and they said they said yes. When they aired up the tire we quickly found the leak. Luckily I had a plug kit so I fixed it on the spot while two Firestone tech's watched. I get it completely that it was Christmas Eve and they were short staffed. I do find it funny that two techs had the time to watch me repair the tire myself then install it on the car. I did go back in and ask if they could air the tire up again a
