My husband and I have taken both of our vehicles to Bedell Automotive and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Bill and Lisa are very knowledgeable and transparent as it relates to pricing and the work needing to be done. Our cars were both completed within a day and we were seen immediately. I went to get my interlock serviced here I didn't get any receipt or paperwork stating that I got it done and then the next month I went to get my interlock serviced 15 minutes before they close he wasn't there the shop was already closed but yet it says that he's open till 5:00 you should abide by the hours you say you're open till he never gave me an appointment date for the next time I was supposed to come so instead of being able to get my interlock calibrated I got locked out very poor service and very upset

Extremely professional and upfront about the work that needed to be done. Friendly staff , reliable and affordable. They were recommended to me by my brother, and I am very glad I went there !! Great place and great staff.
