Very Bad Experience, Took my car to this place for a Maryland State inspection. My appointment was 12/01/2021 10:30 a.m. they didn’t have the proper form to take down my information, i wrote my name and number on scrap paper. And the Mexican guy said they would call me when my car was ready. Nobody called the entire day, eventually i went there to pick up my car because they we’re closing soon. When i got There an African guy told me my car failed inspection but they couldn’t complete the inspection because they couldn’t get the hood open. He advised me to get the hood open else where and come back to get the inspection completed which is weird since this is a car repair shop. I paid for the work that was done, but because they never took down my information they would email the results. They also told me if i get work done threw their shop the Re-inspection fee would be waved. My car recently started overheating, and I pulled into Elation Auto. Victor came out to greet me immediately and asked what he could do to help. He saw that my car was leaking coolant, and was clearly in need of some repair. My car was under warranty, so I wanted to have it towed to the dealership. Even though I wasn’t going to be a customer, Victor was extremely kind and helpful, and took care of holding my keys for the tow truck driver so that I wouldn’t have to wait with my car. When my boyfriend’s car started having issues a couple of weeks later, I knew that I wanted to take it to Victor. He was quick and accommodating. He did an excellent job of repairing the car, and my final bill was even lower than he had originally quoted. I would recommend Victor and Elation Auto to anyone. He is honest, kind, and does solid work at a great price. I will be a customer for life, and if you choose Elation Auto, you will be too.
