Talk about a one-man army! Vic is the definition of that. Not because he has to be but because he can be. He is a skilled, multitasker that I not only trust with my car but with my kid's car as well. He has been my mechanic for years. He is now my son's mechanic. If my kid has a kid Vic will be their mechanic as well. He is just that good! His customer service is superb. My car recently started overheating, and I pulled into Elation Auto. Victor came out to greet me immediately and asked what he could do to help. He saw that my car was leaking coolant, and was clearly in need of some repair. My car was under warranty, so I wanted to have it towed to the dealership. Even though I wasn’t going to be a customer, Victor was extremely kind and helpful, and took care of holding my keys for the tow truck driver so that I wouldn’t have to wait with my car. When my boyfriend’s car started having issues a couple of weeks later, I knew that I wanted to take it to Victor. He was quick and accommodating. He did an excellent job of repairing the car, and my final bill was even lower than he had originally quoted. I would recommend Victor and Elation Auto to anyone. He is honest, kind, and does solid work at a great price. I will be a customer for life, and if you choose Elation Auto, you will be too.

I didn’t have a great experience. I had an 9:30 appt. for an inspection but didn’t get my vehicle looked at until almost closing time and the inspector was not there to give me the result. I called and basically just showed up the next day. In his defense he had a fam emergency. Unfortunately in business you need a back up plan for your customers who’s re spending their hard earned money. I will not be going back. I hope things get better for the owner and the customers.
