Something was rattling so they got me in first thing the next morning, they figured it out and I don’t believe they even charged me for it, which is amazing. I only really needed an oil change, which they let me know about. Since I’d had major work done there before, I had been offered a free oil change as a courtesy. I asked if I could redeem that and they said yes without hesitation. I needed a synthetic oil change, which was more than the regular oil change they were including. I asked if they could deduct the price of a regular oil change from the more expensive synthetic price and they said yes! So accommodating and easy to work with!

Ended up with a bad experience at this place. Car was being fixed for a bumper and headlight. They put the wrong headlight on and didn’t even check to make sure it was working. I tried to figure out the next steps to get the correct headlight and the employee ended up arguing with me about their mistake. So instead of helping me fix the issue he sent me out in the pouring rain at night with 1 working headlight. on top of this I ended up having to take my car back 4 separate times due to the bumper not being fixed properly as well as the headlight.

I cannot possibly speak highly enough about this shop. I’m a hapless tourist from out of town who ran over a big curb. I heard scraping and thought I saw dripping from the undercarriage of the car. James took it in to the back of the shop, told me the liquid was nothing to worry about (condensate) and then fixed the broken plastic right there on the spot in under 25 minutes. Incredible hospitality and service. Please give this place your patronage.
