Baltimore Body Shop & Service

I am extremely impressed with these folks. I have had some bad experiences with the maintenance departments at nearby Ford dealerships, and decided to try to find a local mechanic for my Ford Escape. Having seen Baltimore Body Shop recommended on Reddit, I decided to give it a try for an all-around brake pad replacement that I had been procrastinating on. The service was fantastic! Their service advisors were willing to give a clear, detailed estimate over the phone, they were willing to put on customer-purchased brake pads (which I did not have, but I appreciated that they asked), and the job was done in about 4 hours. I was very pleased with the honesty and helpfulness of the staff, and from what I can tell, the work done was high quality. I will definitely be back!

I have to echo all the favorable reviews. Had my bumper replaced and painted four years ago. Paint started to peel two years ago. Thinking it was something I did to cause the problem, so I hesitated.. Decided to take it back two weeks ago and spoke with James, a representative. He realized immediately the problem was on there end. They replaced the bumper and painted it. Outstanding.. Services: Body & Trim, Painting

I was surprised with the low cost for routine maintenance! Although I had a very small list of things for Baltimore Body to check on my Rav4 for a 35k checkup, it was only $21! They've been very good with their prices -- I've had other work done with other cars -- especially compared to what a dealer would charge. It was fast and easy to make an appointment as they are very responsive. They are very thorough and recommend additional future repairs along with estimates for the work.
