Firestone Complete Auto Care

Usually get decent service and they always do a good job with allignments, mounting and balancing tires. But last time i went, a mechanic must have improperly put this lug nut on with an impact because when i went to remove my wheels at home to do some undercoating on my frame the lugnut was super tight, when i got it off there was a whole threat peeled off inside of the lug nut, and when i attempted to reinstall it (as a means of getting to a shop to replace the studs) the wheel stud snapped clean off. I think it was just a careless mechanic mistake where they didnt out the lug on right and ran it down with the gun, stripped it. Just glad my wheel didnt break off on the highway.

Poor service Bad Service experience at Firestone Oak Grove. A friend of mine have an issue with Firestone Auto Motive Service Center. They did the Oil Change on hi Suburban on November 14th and failed to tight the drain plug. It was just finger tight. He start smelling some burning smell and went back asked them to check. Well they checked oil and added some oil and let him go. He went back 2 weeks later with same complain and they did the same thing and didn't bother checking the leak. He went back on mid January and they finally lift his Suburban and discovered the drain plug was left loose and it was almost out holding by 2 threads. So they tighten the drain plug and fill oil and let him go. By now his engine start knocking so he went back but they told him they don't have time to check so I told him to go to Dealer. Now his Suburban is parked at the dealership for last 3 weeks and Firestone is not taking any responsibility. Could you help him or refer anyone else who can help in th
