I was blown away by the outstanding customer service and kindness of this repair and body shop. My car broke down on 95, and so this was a stressful, unexpected experience. But Rachel and Emily were so kind and supportive. The mechanic was extremely helpful and honest. He showed me what happened and explained what needed to be done in person in the garage. Caliber Collision in Havre de Grace/Aberdeen is a refuge of integrity and kindness and the people who work there should be awarded for their compassion.

Caliber Collision Aberdeen, MD was the closest State Farm approved repair shop to my residence. My new Palisade Calligraphy was rear ended at a light by an inattentive driver. I took it in and was met by Travis Shirley, a very personable guy who answered all my questions and just generally inspired confidence. He also produced a super meticulous estimate of the parts and work needed to restore my nearly new vehicle. Caliber kept me and State Farm updated on their progress. I always reached a live person when I called who quickly pulled up my info. The manager even gave me a ride to my rental car! I mean these folks practice customer service the way I remember it from my youth- treat the customer the way you would like to be treated.
