Young's Garage

This place is AMAZING!! I called Monday morning from upstate NY, as my Nephew goes to Worcester State, and had the ABS light come on with an awful grinding sound before a Sunday planned trip (that was postponed). The woman who answered the phone could not have been nicer, and said the next opening would be the following Monday, but have my nephew bring the car in "just in case" (as she sensed my concern for the safety of my nephew). He brought the car in and the owner, Paul, tested it out and got the car in on that Wednesday to work on!!! Tires were about to blow among other pretty major issues. Paul explained and pointed out each item that required fixing/replacement with my nephew. The car was all fixed and safe by my nephews last class on Wednesday to pick up. There are not enough stars or thanks I give this great garage/mechanic! Thank you and I highly recommend anyone bring their car here, along with my nephews hockey team (Lancers)!! Highly recommend Youngs Garage. They are very honest and actually care about the customer. I like many have multiple vehicles one is a Benz and have no knowledge at all of auto mechanics and how much it should cost. Since I've been at the mercy of dealerships and other Garages to charge me and repair my cars based on their recommendations I was so relieved that Paul and his Office Mgr. went beyond any expectations I had hoped for on price and work performed. They were referred to me by my dentist and realtor and so glad they told me about them. If you Ike me are used to hating the auto repair process go to Youngs .

Ended up with a flat tire and the staff at Young’s Garage was eager to lend a hand. Even right before close! They changed the tire and were able to get me back on the road safely. Generous, kind and helpful! Truly appreciative of their service.
