So glad I found this shop! They are honest, fast and very knowledgeable. Awesome customer service, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Id give them a zero if i could. They failed my car without so much as putting it on a lift. Off rip said there was a hole in my muffler when I literally just got an entirely brand new one put on a week before. I passed emissions but not safety? How? When it's not loud, there was good suction and expulsion. This place might have been good before but they definitely gone downhill. All about the dollar. They didn't even want to tell me exactly what it was. They said they were busy when there was literally noone in the shop at all. Zero cars. All around bad service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is one of the few decent auto shop around Worcester. Professional, honest and good customer service. Look for Tommy, An or Jayden and they will surely take care of you! Don't go to any other shop that doesn't treat you right and only wants your money for a mediocre job. Highly recommended!
