My son was in MA on his own when we started having car trouble. I called Premier and they immediately said they can help. He dropped the car off and they diagnosed the problem right away and called me first thing in the morning. 2 days later it was fixed along with some other immediate repairs. Definitely the most honest and helpful auto repair shop I have ever dealt with, and I was handling this from PA. Their prices are really good too! Glad my son has a place to go to in case of future issues. Excellent customer service and communication. Tessa is wonderful! They constantly kept me informed on the situation.

The staff were super friendly and I got an appointment for an oil change next day which was great. When searching around they were the most affordable oil change location. While I had a positive experience with the oil change they also came out saying I needed 5 over things that would set me back $1600. I declined their offer and took it for a second opinion. The second opinion agreed with ONE thing, and only set me back $300…so my recommendation is to always get a second or third opinion prior to accepting what they tell you

I had issues with the wheel bearings on my new Nissan Sentra and for peace of mind wanted to have it checked out by a third party mechanic. The personnel at Premier Auto Repair are the best!
