Needed a headlight bulb replaced which required removing the whole bumper (thanks Ford). These guys were beyond helpful, friendly, efficient and got me in next day! Will definitely be using northeast again!
These guys are awesome! I took my car in to get the side of the rear bumper tightened. Not only did they tightened the bumper, they also repaired some scratches and holes and even painted the bumper. It looks like new, and the price was more more than reasonable. They went above and beyond what was expected.
Such a great experience from start to finish. They were quick and responsive by email and phone, they helped me get my rental car and return it as well. I couldn’t be happier with the results! They even cleaned and polished the car. Kris was very easy to work with and communicated the entire time. Highly recommend!
