Owner Alex Harris was a witness to an accident I was in by someone who came into my lane and ruined the entire front right side of my brand new fully loaded 2018 dodge Ram. I was very upset. The driver who hit me had no license and wasn’t trying to give information. Alex came right out, got my truck backed into his garage, took all pictures needed for the appraisal for damage. I then asked if they could pull my bumper out so my truck was driveable to get home. They did that in 5 minutes. Alex and his staff couldn’t have been more professional . I was communicated with every step of the way. His staff is amazing, Cherrie, John, Alex, all went way out of their way to help me. My beautiful fully loaded 2018 black dodge Ram is now fully fixed, looks and runs awesome, they also did a free interior detail on my truck . Alex also filled the gas tank in my rental out of his own pocket cause I told him I couldn’t afford it . CAN NOT RECOMMEND MORE. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
Alex and his crew deserve 5+ stars for the great work they did on my 2019 Honda CR-V, along with the excellent customer service! I have spread the word to friends and family that Harris Auto Body is the place to go anytime your car needs to be serviced! Thank you, Alex!!
Alex and his team did incredible work, I cannot recommend them highly enough. My parked car was hit leaving it with body and suspension damage (See photos). The team went above and beyond, and in the end, I got my car back in a better condition than it was BEFORE the collision! They were communicative, friendly, and professional. Often when it comes to dealing with my car, I get talked-down to and mansplained. That could not have been farther from the case with Harris Auto body. Alex answered all of my questions with an abundance of patience but wasn't condescending. I live out by Springfield but I would definitely make the trip back to Worcester for Harris Auto body—I have finally found a shop I can trust.
