I wish I could give Eli 10 stars! I got stuck in Worcester last week with brakes that failed, over an hour from home and having to drop off a family member with cancer for an appointment. Duquette's service station was the closest to St. Vincent's so I just drove there carefully and showed up without an appointment throwing myself on his mercy. The person running the inspections was condescending, rude, and inattentive.

Have been a customer for years and remember the Duquette family dearly from years ago. Car was low on air recent morning driving to work. Stopped to use the air machine, popped a dollar in and it did not work. I walked over to the attendant, who could have cared less. Asked him if I could have my dollar back, so I could find another machine down the road. Claimed it was not his machine and would not even give me the dollar back. He just did not care I was in a bad situation! Showed no sense of human kindness. Very sad this is what this business has become...
