So overall they did a good job on my car (body work only) however when I picked up my car my check engine light was on which wasn’t when I dropped it off and when I checked it it says I need a new battery and I looked at my battery it’s not the one I had in it before!! I mean I don’t have actual proof it was switched out by them and nor do I have proof it’s different then before because I don’t have photos of it however both my husband and I looked at it and know it’s not the one that was there before plus you can see scratch marks all around the area where the wires and battery is screwed down as if it was changed out so now I’m out another $150 since I have to get another battery! It’s little disappointing but they are the only ones that had my car for a week and half so there really isn’t any other explanation. Pretty sad that workers can’t be trusted because the shop is a nice shop the girls in the front were great!

I had a really great experience at Canterbury Automotive! They took away all the stress and anxiety that comes with an accident and it was an effortless experience! Thank you guys so much for all of your hard work, it is truly appreciated! My car looks amazing!

I could not ask for a better experience dealing with all the staff here. Front desk receptionist is top notch in my book. Knows her stuff, and is genuine and pleasant. The work on the car was perfect. Some issues came up due to insurance, but they took care of it. No headaches for me. The car did need to go back to the shop due to an unforeseen issue (not shops fault). The owner personally took care of it with no problem. What a great way to treat customers. Not that I want to crash again, but if it happens I’ll never go any other place now. Thank you Canterbury for the great work and awesome treatment. John
