The entire staff was very patient and kind in explaining and answering any questions I had when I was booking my appointment over the phone. Then on the day of my appointment that same patience and kindness was displayed again and they were all very efficient at getting my car in the shop. 3B is the best business I have ever worked with, hands down. I started bringing my personal vehicles to them about 2-3 years ago. Since Day 1 they have been incredibly reliable. Amanda always calls with an update as soon as she has it, with a quote and an explanation of the problem. She's incredibly personable, friendly and patient, and always takes the time to make sure you understand what is going on with your car and why the work needs to be done. The quality of their work is unmatched, and they actually get the Job done when they say they're going too - something I've found rare among mechanics. They do such good work that I started bringing my work vehicles to them. I build out vans, buses, and rvs into custom tiny homes and need to know that they are 100% mechanically sound for my clients.
