After a previous bad experience with another auto repair shop in the area, I decided to give Christopher's a try. I was not disappointed in the slightest and walked out of there wishing I had gone there in the first place. I went to shop needing a new tire after hitting a pothole that left a large bubble on the sidewall. Luckily I had tire insurance but it involved Chris needing to go the extra mile by communicating with the tire insurance company in order for it to be covered and free of charge to me. On top of that Chris was extremely accommodating with my schedule to get the work done in a timely fashion that was of no obligation to me. Needless to say, I won't be going anywhere else for my future needs and I highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I have been bringing my cars and my daughter's cars to Chris for 15 years. Since being his customer, I have become disable and now drive a very expensive handicap van. Chris will try and get it fixed quickly so that I am not without transportation for my medical appointments, and goes through it like a fine tooth comb for my safety. Chris is a caring, honest and very fair mechanic, I can't say enough about him, plus he is active in his town of Winthrop also, and goes above and beyond. I know when I get my van back, it's safe to drive, I trust him totally......... Josie from Revere
