I brought my car here to have an oil change, and the owner told me that they could fix the small scratches on my bumper. Based on positive Google reviews, I decided to let them do the work. After a few hours, the store called me and asked me to come in and check the work. It seemed like they were not very confident about it. When I saw my car, the repair looked rough and they didn’t even polish it. I was asked to pay over $500 for this quality of work. I spoke to a staff member and he said that if I wasn't happy, their manager agreed to repaint the entire bumper at a discounted price, they could 100% guarantee it would look like new. Since I couldn't leave my car in that condition, I drove it back another day. However, to my surprise, the manager didn't want to deal with it anymore, he said they were not a body shop and they couldn’t fix this, asking me to find a body shop to fix it on my own. Great experience here! My brakes were shot and making very loud noise. I have a lot going on at the moment and couldn't be without a car so I was in a panic. However, the first person I ran into was Zac and he diagnosed the problems, listened to me, and worked with me on the cost. Job was completed that day.
