I've had my Limousine Service for over 30 years. Whenever I need something done with my personal car or my fleet, I go see Mark, Dave and their team. They have always gone above and beyond for me. I highly recommend them without any hesitation.

Went in at the beginning of June to arrange for our car to be repaired. We agreed on the 1st for them to pick up the car. There was some misunderstanding about the key not being delivered to them beforehand. When we called and tried to ask them if they were picking the car up this morning they said they gave away our work slot because they didn’t get the key beforehand. My husband tried to ask when they could get it done then and and Mark said that they would only do it at their own convenience. My husband left it at that. I thought, since I had talked with them before, perhaps I could discuss it further and see if they could still do the work, even if they couldn’t do it on the original timeframe. I talked to Mark. I tried to clear up the misunderstanding with him. Not only did he refuse to listen he started yelling at me. Then I said I didn’t need to be yelled at and he said he’s not interested to do the work and take our car elsewhere and hung up. Thank you, Mark, I will definitely

Called to get my headlights replaced and the gentleman I spoke to was rude and hung up. One star was for poor customer service
