"Does anyone know an honest mechanic" is kind of a cliche question on every local FB neighborhood group. Since most of us don't know much about cars, we want to trust that a mechanic is going to be fair, honest and not take advantage of us. ... So, with that in mind, I give 4+ STARS to Frank's Auto Repair for the service I recieved from Paul in March, 2022. A weird electrical issue caused our 2009 Corolla to stop running when idling and Paul went above and beyond to find the issue. It was a riddle with wiring issues from a previous owner, an alternator that had recently been replaced and some other factors that made it more difficult to diagnose. But Paul kept at it and kept me informed every day with calls and text messages or promptly returned my calls. He was fair about the time it took and - MOST IMPORTANTLY - he found and fixed the issue. The car was going to a family member who's a new driver and Paul recommended some additional service for safety - like brakes and a transmission
