My husband brought his truck to Scott's for an issue. It was diagnosed the day he said it would be and completed the next day. He was available a few days out versus other shops who needed a weeks notice. I have since brought my car twice and still they did an awesome job. Great service and will absolutely return for any other car troubles. Highly recommend!
I went to scott's to get my heater core leak diagnosed, as I had not been getting any heat during the winter. They took a look at it and said it was fine even after I let them know exactly where the problem area was. Went directly to another garage, pointed out my issue, and they found the leak in minutes. Needless to say, scotts service center is careless, and their incompetency is unmatched. I'll never be going again
