My car died on 495. Within a half hour, Leonard's picked my car up and towed it to their garage. Two hours later they told me what was wrong and had an estimate for repairs. Fuel pump replacement. The next day, it was good to go. The way they prioritized my service was unmatched, as I was far from home and in a bit of a crisis. Everywhere else I called in the area wouldn't be able to even take a look at my car until the next week. It was 4th of July weekend and I was headed to the cape. I've never had service that good before. Everything about it surpassed my expectations tenfold.

My recent encounter with Leonard’s Auto Repair & Performance was nothing short of an ordeal that highlighted their astounding lack of professionalism and complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Every step of the way, they managed to make a bad situation even worse. To begin with, I had to endure a torturous two-hour wait for Leonard’s Auto Repair & Performance to arrive. This excessive delay was utterly unacceptable, leaving me stranded and frustrated at my location. When their tow truck finally pulled up, I expected some form of identification or acknowledgment of their presence. However, they failed to provide any such reassurance, leaving me to wonder if they were the assistance I had called for. But the worst was yet to come. While this was the only company willing to accept my request for a tow during a snow/ice storm, after confirming the location I needed my vehicle dropped off at, they delivered to the wrong location. I had requested to drop it off at my dealership and they brought it to a another dealership location 30+ minutes away from the correct one. They delivered after hours on a Friday and left my key on the seat as opposed to placing it in the dealership key drop off box. The service centers reopened Monday, and had no idea the vehicle was in the lot. The woman’s singular apology didn’t feel meaningful and due to this mistake my vehicle repairs cannot be started until she’s able to find a driver to tow it to where it should have been towed originally, days prior.
